工作描述：
负责Gaea & Thor Top Speaker(为第一代导入新材料音膜的iPhone)过程质量管控以及推动项目良率、质量水平的持续改善。
主要内容：
1、负责项目所有检测测试系统的认证以及报告提交（e.g. MSA G R&R and A R&R etc.）；
2、项目客户PPAP相关报告模版的制作以及提交（e.g. 全尺寸数据报告、过程CPK数据、产品性能实验报告 等等）；
3、协调相关部门（研发、生产、工艺等）推进项目的持续改善；
4：制作月报、季报、项目总结报告定期向上级领导进行工作汇报；
5、进行IPQC检验的各类培训（QC 7 工具、CTQ、项目流程图 等），保证IPQC对于项目质控点的准确认识，确保产品受控；
主要成绩：
1、OQC PPM从量产初期的 August 3623 To January 346；
2、后道投诉频次从August 25 至 January 1；
3、客户投诉频次 < 0.3 per month；
4、IPQC检验技师率从6.36% 至 28.18%；
5、新部门质量体系的建立以及完善；
